In order to fulfil our mission, we are managing trust among stakeholders. We use a finance-based diagnosis instrument for trust – The Leadership Compass®, a bridge between psychology, where trust has its roots, and economics, that trust impacts.

The Leadership Compass® expresses the cost of mistrust, and displays the action plan to recover dissipated value and its cost. ROI and ROA are made explicit. Partners complete the picture with additional instruments.
